Constituents are able to ask an MPs Office to inquire with IRCC. However, we cannot interfere or intervene in the application process. 

Before we can inquire with federal government services on your behalf, we require your written consent. Please note, you must be a resident of Eglinton—Lawrence for us to be able to assist you.   4. What is your current status in Canada? (if applicable) 
  5. Do you have more than one application pending with IRCC?  
  6. When was the last time you heard from IRCC and what did that correspondence say? 
  7. Are there any other family members included on the application as dependents? If yes, please list their full names (including middle names), date of birth and UCIs (if available)? Please note, If this information is not provided, our ability to check on the application is limited. 
  8. Please provide any additional information that might be helpful to understand your case. i.e. timeline of events, if your initial application was refused and this a re-opened file, or any other relevant history relating to this application.
